Discover the true meaning of rest and rejuvenation with Soul Recharge workshop, led by Karina Barahona and Jen Garlando. This 1-hour restorative workshop, “What is Rest?”, will explore the profound power of stillness and physical rest. The session is designed to be an indulgent and rejuvenating experience, giving you permission to completely let go and simply be. This workshop is par tof a series to explore the 8 types of rest—ranging from physical and mental to emotional and creative—through a combination of community connection and mindful movement.

Join us on Thursday, September 25. We’ll meet at Gather by Harvest Yoga + Wellness at 117 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. It’s a chance to quiet your mind, soften your body, and release the constant pressure to be productive or helpful. Through a series of supported poses, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation, allowing your nervous system to reset and your body to restore itself.

Optional hands-on assists will be offered to deepen your experience and enhance your sense of safety and support. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to restorative yoga, this workshop provides a safe space to explore the true meaning of rest and its transformative effect on your well-being.
