Verbiculture Magazine

Designed, wrote and produced a magazine to build audience engagement through the creative process of dance.

Audiences went inside the studio

Verbiculture magazine was born out of the need to keep audiences engaged over the pandemic. It offered in-depth interviews with artists and choreographers, along with detailed background information on the performances that were being presented virtually.

Print & digital distribution

The print magazine was distributed to donors and supporters, while a digital copy was promoted through Issuu. The original publications were linked to additional online content for readers to explore further. Throughout the 2020-2021 season, the digital magazine reached over 13,400 impressions and garnered a loyal following among readers who appreciated its insightful coverage of contemporary ballet.

I received it (the magazine) in the mail and have read it several times over!! The photos are magnificent!!! Kudos!
